Y Talbot Tregaron has recently been awarded best hotel in Wales, the restaurant is certainly one of the best in Mid Wales, the food is a fabulous crossover between some of the most creative restaurant food and good pub meals, with a strong emphasis on locally sourced produce. There is always a good selection of Welsh beer, cider, gin and other drinks.
